Groups at RCC

At RCC we believe groups are important because God created us to grow in community with others. This means that God works through people to strengthen your faith, and He also wants to use you to help others grow in theirs. We have three different types of groups at RCC...study groups, life groups, and micro groups.

Study groups are held throughout the year. These groups may be larger in size than a life group and focus on learning.

Life Groups are smaller groups of usually 6-12 people who gather weekly to connect, grow, and support each other. Over the course of the year, groups meet in three sessions—fall, winter, and spring—with breaks in between for rest and reflection. Whether onsite, offsite, or online, there’s a group for everyone, including men, women, couples, and people at different life stages. Each group is dedicated to studying the Bible, sharing life’s highs and lows, praying for one another, and encouraging each other to take the next step in their faith. Come find a place to belong and grow together!

Micro Groups are more intimate, purpose-driven Life Groups that meet in various places. Each group typically has 3-4 people, typically organized by gender. Guided by the Micro Group facilitator, these groups are intentionally equipped to empower members to lead, share their faith journey, and cultivate spiritual practices.
